1. In these Terms and Conditions :
a. “Customer/customers” shall mean you and all other persons who purchase the products online.
b. “Login” shall mean access to Supa Save Online under customer’s registration.
c. “Product/products” shall mean any and all the products for sale by Supa Save Online.
d. “Supa Save Online ” shall mean this Internet site or catalogues owned by Supa Save and the medium by which products are offered for sale by Supa Save to the customer.
2. All the products sold by Supa Save through this site (Supa Save Online) are sold subject to these Terms and Conditions. By submitting your order for processing by Supa Save Online, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to the Terms and Conditions in the form in which they appear at the time your order is submitted for processing.
3. These terms and conditions shall prevail over any Supa Save store policy.
4. The customer shall agree to complete the registration process according to Supa Save’s requirements as stated on this site. The customer shall provide Supa Save with complete and updated information which shall include (but shall not be limited to) the customer’s legal name, address, telephone and e-mail address.
5. Registration is open only to residents in Brunei Darussalam aged 18 and above. Supa Save has the absolute discretion to refuse the registration of a potential customer for any reason whatsoever and to terminate the registration of any of its customers for any reason whatsoever.
6. The customer will be liable for every order made under his Login and agrees to indemnify Supa Save for all claims, damages whatsoever made by any third party arising from the actions of a person placing orders for the products using the customer’s Login. The customer shall be responsible for updating his registration information.
7. The customer may place his order via our website at: https://www.supasave.com.bn/ The customer will receive a confirmation of receipt of order via e-mail. For clarification, such confirmation of receipt of orders does not guarantee stock availability.
8. Supa Save shall make every effort to fulfill orders placed by customers through Supa Save Online but Supa Save shall not be liable to any person if Supa Save Online shall decline to fulfill an order for whatever reason or if Supa Save Online is unable to supply an order because of an unforeseen change to the products (as the case may be) or because the products may be unavailable.
9. Access to Supa Save Online is gained through use of user name and password. The customer shall ensure that his user name and password is kept strictly confidential to prevent unauthorized use. Supa Save Online shall not be liable for any damages or losses whatsoever if any third party gains unauthorized access to the Supa Save Online internet site.
PRODUCT PRICES
1. Supa Save Online shall make every effort to ensure that the prices, details and sizes of products detailed by Supa Save Online are correct but Supa Save Online reserves the right to vary the price and other details of the Products without notice.
2. The prices advertised by Supa Save Online are for home delivery shopping only. Prices for some products may differ from those charged at Supa Save stores.
3. Not all products sizes will correspond exactly to the description offered online. Supa Save Online reserves the right to provide the nearest size of product at the nearest price.
PAYMENT ONLINE
1. Payment for products ordered through Supa Save Online can be made by VISA card and Mastercard.
2. Supa Save Online may change at any time the method by which payments for Supa Save Online orders may be effected and such changes may be notified to the customer by e-mail or by placing a notice on Supa Save Online.
DELIVERY SERVICE TO CUSTOMERS’ HOMES
1. Supa Save Online shall use reasonable endeavors to deliver products of acceptable quality to the delivery address within the time windows selected by the customer but Supa Save Online shall not be liable for any delays in its delivery services.
2. Currently Supa Save Online delivers to Brunei Muara District only.

12:01hrs – 23:59hrs Next day between 09:00hrs to 13:00hrs
– Minimum order B$50.00: Delivery or Self Collect (Supa Save Gadong only)
– B$5.00 per order per delivery.
– Order B$150.00 and above: Free Delivery or Self Collect (Supa Save Gadong only)
3. Delivery slots are subject to availability.
4. The customer is to notify Supa Save Online immediately of any changes to his delivery address and contact number.
VARIATION OF ORDER ONLINE
1. Subject to the customer’s consent, Supa Save Online may substitute a product for another similar product if the initial product ordered by customer is unavailable.
2. If there is no prior consent from the customer for a substitution, no substitution shall be made.
PROPERTY RISK
All risk in the products shall pass to the customer upon delivery to the address specified by the customer.
RETURNS OF PRODUCTS / REFUNDS
1. Product pictures provided on this site are provided to help recognize products. Due to packaging redesign and improvements these may not reflect exactly on the pack you receive. We take all reasonable care to ensure that all descriptions, details and prices of products appearing on the Website are correct at the time when the information was input into the system.
2. Supa Save Online shall use its best efforts to ensure that orders are correctly fulfilled. Should there be any discrepancy, please notify us either by e-mail at service@supasave.com.bn or call Supa Save Online hotline at +673 7280228 by the next working day. Returns/Refunds can be arranged under the following circumstances:
a. if the customer has been charged for a product which has not been delivered, Supa Save Online shall refund the customer the value of the product as originally charged to the customer.
b. If a customer is charged more than the value of a product, Supa Save Online shall refund to the customer the difference.
c. All refunds will be made via online store credits within two weeks and customer will receive email notification accordingly.
WARRANTIES AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
1. To the extent permitted by law, all warranties, descriptions, representations or advice given as to the fitness or suitability for any purpose, tolerance to any conditions, similarity to sample, merchantability or otherwise of the products supplied, are expressly excluded.
2. The liability of Supa Save Online whether in contract, tort or otherwise for any loss, damage or injury arising directly or indirectly from any defect in or non-compliance of the products or any other breach of Supa Save’s obligations hereunder shall not in any event exceed an amount equivalent to the price of the products.
3. The products shall be accepted by the customer entirely at the customer’s risk.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
1. All right, title and interest in all Intellectual Property in all concepts, systems, written, graphic and other material relating to Supa Save Online shall at all times remain the property of Supa Save Online.
2. Supa Save Online and other parties own the trade marks, logos and service marks displayed on this site/catalogue and/or in connection with the products, customers and on-line visitors are prohibited from using the same without the written permission of Supa Save Online or such other parties.
VARIATION OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Supa Save Online reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions in its sole discretion. It is the customer’s responsibility to review the Terms and Conditions prior to submitting any order and Supa Save Online shall have no responsibility to notify the customer of any changes to the Terms and Conditions prior to the coming into effect of such changes or otherwise.
APPLICABLE LAW
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Brunei Darussalam.
CONFIDENTIALITY
Personal data held by Supa Save Online relating to its customers or to visitors to this site will be kept confidential unless Supa Save Online has customer’s consent otherwise but Supa Save Online may provide this information to third parties including but not limited to Supa Save Online advertisers, associated companies or trusted contractors/agents or other network operators who perform certain tasks for Supa Save Online in connection with the provision of Supa Save Online’s services to its customers and to visitors to this site. All such third parties are prohibited from using customer’s personal data except to provide the requisite services to Supa Save Online and they are required to maintain the confidentiality of such data.
